1. Platform overview
AutoNext is a Swiss platform connecting sellers and buyers of used vehicles. AutoNext is operated by AVD Technologies, based in Switzerland. By accessing the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration and user account
Registration is free for individuals wishing to browse listings or contact sellers. Publishing listings requires creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any account may be suspended in case of a violation of these Terms.
3. Publishing listings
Sellers undertake to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. Any fraudulent, misleading or inaccurate listing will be removed without notice. AutoNext reserves the right to moderate, modify or delete any listing that does not comply with these conditions.
4. Pricing
Publishing listings for private sellers is subject to fees based on the chosen duration (from CHF 9 to CHF 49). Professional garages benefit from monthly subscriptions (Basic at CHF 49/month, Pro at CHF 99/month, Premium at CHF 199/month). Payments are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. Liability
AutoNext acts as an intermediary and is not a party to transactions between sellers and buyers. AutoNext does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by sellers. The buyer is solely responsible for verifying the condition of the vehicle before any purchase.
6. Data protection
AutoNext collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Data is stored on secure servers and is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The content of the AutoNext platform (logo, design, text, code) is protected by Swiss intellectual property law. Any partial or total reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
8. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
